    Begin your adventure by flying into Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), a major hub that welcomes flights from all over the world. From Anchorage, take a short 1-hour flight to Kodiak Benny Benson State Airport (ADQ). Alaska Airlines provides multiple daily flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Kodiak Island.

  • Getting Around

    Once you arrive in Kodiak, a picturesque 45-minute drive along the coast brings you to Friends by the Ocean, LLC. Enjoy winding roads through lush rainforests, expansive ocean views, and glimpses of Kodiak’s diverse wildlife along the way. Rental cars, and private transportation options make this leg of your journey both convenient and enjoyable.

    For those who prefer a maritime approach, the Alaska Marine Highway System offers ferry services to Kodiak from Homer, Alaska. This unique travel experience allows you to explore more of Alaska’s natural beauty as you approach Kodiak Island by sea.
