Guests may check in between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on their arrival date and must check out by 11:00 a.m. on their departure date.

All cottages are furnished with kitchenettes inventory that balances functionality with simplicity, ensuring two guests can prepare basic meals without overcrowding the kitchenette. The house kitchen inventory supports a robust cooking experience, leveraging the dual sinks and refrigerators for meal prep, cleanup, and storage for larger groups.

No, Friends By The Ocean will make sure guests have everything they need at the beginning of their stay. If something is needed during the stay, the staff will be happy to assist.

If the reservation is canceled by Guest at any time prior to fourteen (14) days of arrival date, then said Guest shall be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled by guests between fourteen (13) days and seventy-two (72) hours of arrival date (based on a check-in time of 3:00 pm), guests shall be charged an amount equal to half of the rental rate. If the reservation is canceled with seventy-two (72) and 2 hours of Guest’s arrival or Guest is a “no show”, guest shall be charged the entire rental amount to be charged to Guest as set forth herein, Guest shall be assessed the balance. If a guest requests a cancellation with the option to reschedule then the guest shall have 1 year from the original reservation arrival date to reschedule. Guest understands that FRIENDS BY THE OCEAN LLC shall hold monies paid as a credit only and refunds are not possible. Guests can only cancel to reschedule one time per reservation with no refund.
